This course meets the requirements for initial and recertification students.  Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion eCard, valid for two years. Course certification cards are the same regardless of whether you do a hybrid (online/skills) or fully in-person training.  

 

Please note that at this time, fully in-person courses are offered for groups of 8 or more only.  If you are an individual needing training, please see our hybrid option.  If you are a group of 8 or more, please email us to schedule a course.  Depending on the distance to the course, a travel fee may be required. If this is the case, we will reach out to you to discuss.  Please email further questions as well.

I understand that it is my responsibility to make certain that I am signing up for the correct course that will meet my individual job, schooling or personal requirements. No refunds for online courses and skills testing. If I am enrolling in a fully in-person course, I understand that if I cancel 8 days or more from the course date, I am eligible to receive a full refund. However, if I cancel 7 days or less or do not show to the course, I will not get a refund, but I may be eligible to transfer to another course one time only, which must be approved by a LFTC staff member.
